In refrence to above, this is part of dissertation project to outline the food safety and environmental health issues including zoonotic diseases, occupational health and public health for the workers themselves and their close ones as they are exposed to blood and animal carcases on a daily basis. It has been seen that in Seychelles these workers are not trained and learn on the job and expose themselves as well as can cause contamination and other threat to food safety as they are not well educated to undertand the basics of food safety example basic hygiene, wearing PPE, maneuver equipments and knives safely.

The essay should not be plagiarised as it will go through turn it in and must have references that are dated not more than 5 years of verified and good documents including articles, books, statistics, Regulations and Acts including Seychelles Food Act and Public Health Act, WHO and other relevant strong back up data.
