It will be assigned at random so that you can appreciate the unplanned nature of many of life\u2019s experiences. Please note that while you will see the complete list of challenging events, do not ask to switch, or change to another life experience. We cannot switch lives with other people in the real world and you cannot for your assignment. We must learn to adjust and adapt to our \u201cLot in Life<\/strong>.\u201d You will create a research paper that includes the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You will identify, define, and describe your challenge. For example, you have tried to get pregnant, finally do, and then have a series of miscarriages.<\/li>
  2. You must analyze your \u201cLot in Life\u201d from a human development perspective\u2014what do scholars and\/or researchers have to say about your challenge?
    1. Identify what stage of life the person would tentatively be in, to encounter the problem?<\/li>
    2. Analyze the impact on at least two<\/strong> of the following: biological, cognitive and social-emotional development as a result of the challenge?<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    3. Locate one peer reviewed research article on the topic of your challenge. Include a summary of the article\u2019s content. This should include the:
      1. Research Question<\/li>
      2. Methods<\/li>
      3. Findings<\/li>
      4. Discussion<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong> Cite all information you borrow from the book and other sources. Use APA style. Reference the APA Learning UnitLinks to an external site.<\/a> for additional information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
