Explain your reasoning given your understanding and experience (if any) with the concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Consider the effects of affirmative action with respect to the industry in which&nbsp;<em>you<\/em>&nbsp;work (or are aspiring to work). Is affirmative action being utilized at all in your industry? If so, how? If not, would it have a beneficial effect on hiring standards if it were?
