This is an opportunity to dive into an area of your interest and expand your understanding of the law and how it can be applied. This was always a favorite part for me when I conducted investigations and relied not only on the penal code definition, but how case law (or precedent) applied for a successful prosecution.You will write about a Case law related to any crime. For example, homicides (CPC 187) rely heavily on DNA or eye witnesses.
