Be sure to seek the person\u2019s permission to do the interview and explain that it is a class project. Inform the individual that: (1) the person can do the interview anonymously; (2) that the person does not need to reveal any information that he\/she does not feel comfortable talking about; and (3) that the person can end the interview at any time. Plan to spend about an hour with that person conducting the interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final paper should be approximately three pages in length and should be organized in a question and answer format using 12-point font, 1-inch margins (without indenting text and the use of bullet points) and single spacing.
