The paper must not exceed five (5) pages in length and in APA style (no reference page is needed but do include citations within the paper).&nbsp;<br>Reflect on counseling session recording including subjective and objective assessment of the client. The client in a 15 year old high school student who identifies as female.<br>The session begins with a poetry share in which the client shares meaningful exerps with the clinician. The end of this activity opens up the topic of anxiety that the clinician and client discuss to some extent in the last session. Clinian uses worksheet rating scale actvity on anxious feekings that occur during certain situations or interactions. The client defines psychological symptoms she experiences when most anxious including shaking hands, feeling confused etc<br>Activites associated with most anxious feelings- having too much to do, too many responsibilites, talking in front of groups of people, not know what is going to happen and talking to a crush.<br>Note interuption from clients family, and how it negatively impacted this session.
