(5 points)Next, write up a paragraph describing a new Social Media Tool your firm could use based on what a competitor is doing with the same Social Media Tool. For example, if your competitor is using a blog describe how your firm could use a blog. Provide a detailed explanation of how the competitor is using the Social Media Tool and describe how your project company could use it to help your business. When describing the competitor\u2019s use of Social Media Tools you should provide specific enough information that the reader can find the example you describe. For example, a URL should be part of your description.
