Include the following components in your paper as headings in your paper.<ol><li><strong>Student Development<\/strong><ul><li>Describe the major concepts, theories, and processes related to the development of P-12 students, according to one theorist (Piaget, Vygotsky, or Kohlberg), and the factors that influence student development.<\/li><li>Describe students\u2019 developmental characteristics and developmental variation, and how these characteristics and variation can inform instructional decision making, according to one theorist (Piaget, Vygotsky, or Kohlberg).<\/li><li>Describe typical developmental challenge for P-12 students and how teachers can help students address these developmental challenges, according to one theorist (Piaget, Vygotsky, or Kohlberg).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Student Learning<\/strong><ul><li>Describe how you can apply your knowledge of Behaviorism, Cognitivism, and Constructivism to enhance student learning in varied educational contexts.<\/li><li>Describe how students construct meaning and acquire skills, and how to facilitate these processes for students with diverse characteristics and needs.<\/li><li>Describe the important role of social interaction and hands-on experiences, and how to use these processes to help students construct knowledge and develop problem-solving and other skills.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>The paper needs to follow APA formatting, including a title page, body, and reference page.
