You will pick one of the three VC cases&nbsp; below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Pill Pack \u2013 Chapter 2<\/li><li>Tyto Care \u2013 Chapter 3<\/li><li>Ava \u2013 Chapter 6<\/li><li>Kolibree \u2013 Chapter 12<\/li><li>Double Robotics \u2013 Chapter 13<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For this assignment, you will assess the following five issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1)strength of the new venture team,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) strength of the opportunity,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) strength of the industry,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(4) strength of the business model<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(5) whether (or not) you would fund this company, and why (not).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are expected to integrate material from the entire course and also to consult the Internet to search for relevant information on the selected company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The page limit for this assignment is <strong><u>three pages, single-spaced, maximum and using the format from class<\/u>.<\/strong> Students will be graded on how well they integrate course content into the assignment. Students must highlight each concept they use in yellow.&nbsp; If a concept is not highlighted, then the Students accept the risk that such concept will not be included in their grade. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>ASSIGNMENT CAVEAT<\/em><\/strong>: The short essay <strong>MUST<\/strong> be a product of the groups original work and effort and not previously or concurrently been written or presented as part of any other course taken at Brock or elsewhere.&nbsp; If it is not, then a grade of zero will be given (even retroactively) and it will be construed and recorded as academic misconduct in the student\u2019s file.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: Students agree that by taking this course all assignments <strong>may<\/strong> be subject to submission for textual similarity review to Turnitin.com for the detection of plagiarism.&nbsp; All submitted papers will be included as source documents in the Turnitin.com reference database solely for the purpose of detecting plagiarism of such papers.
