1. The goals of the group are to process 25 insurance claims weekly with 100% accuracy (zero rework).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The current performance of the group is 18 claims weekly with a 26% error rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The group composition is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Non-whites: 22%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ages: 20% 25 to 35; 50% 36-45; 30% 45-60<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 40% male; 60% female<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Average seniority is 12+ years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– In-fighting <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Describe the most critical decisions that you will need to make in the first 90 days (200-300 words).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Discuss what worries you the most about being successful with this new assignment (200-300 words).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Provide a conclusion that summarizes the main points of the paper and energizes you to get started (150-200 words).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
