The paper should specifically identify the primary OB topic the book deals with, how well the author presented and handled the topic, and lessons learned about the topic and the impact on an organization whether positive or negative. Finally, make recommendations on how the author could have helped the reader better understand that topic. Must include at least four other current (not more than two years old) scholarly research sources must be included. The paper will follow APA guidelines complete with a separate cover page and reference page. One inch margins must be used, and the paper must be written in the third person and double-spaced.
