Think back to your past , What sport or exercise or physical activity situation are most frustrating for you? (please describe with great detail so others can understand clearly).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;2. In the specific frustrating situation described in question 1 above , why did you act aggressively? Explain why. Now, compare your aggressive act to other people who in that same situation did not act aggressively, why do you believe they acted differently (non-aggressively) ? (it&#8217;s important to understand the situation from multiple perspectives)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions for initial post:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;1.
