  2. Explain the terms \u201caggravating factors\u201d and \u201cmitigating factors\u201d. Is there a racial component to how these concepts are applied?<\/li>
  3. Why does the jury in a capital murder case have to be \u201cdeath-qualified\u201d? Should this be the case?<\/li>
  4. Outline the most important court cases in understanding the limits of legal protection against racial discrimination in death penalty cases.                                                    <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
