As always, please engage them in the order they are listed (I try to be strategic). Once you have engaged these sources, please answer both of the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Explain why Disability Studies (DS) scholars and activists generally dislike Supercrip representation and\/or inspiration porn. Then, explain Schalk exact reasoning re: why the field of DS needs to bring more analytic nuance to discussions of these representations. Please quote lightly from the readings\/videos as you formulate your responses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp; Where have you seen Disability linked to Superpower in media? Select just one case study (aside from the ones discussed in the Disability Superpowers youtube video) and explain why this representation might be problematic, and\/or why it might be liberating\/progressive.
