These two documents were born out of what are arguably the two most significant global events of the past&nbsp; 100 years: The Japanese bombing of the United States Naval Forces at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on 7 December 1941, and the terrorist attacks against the United States homeland on 11 September 2001.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many experts claim that these two events are two most grievous intelligence failures in the history of the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;1) Argue why both of these events were indeed intelligence failures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;2) Since you believe there was an intelligence failure(s), how did the resulting piece(s) of legislation address the perceived root causes of this failure(s).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;3) Support whether the legislations been successful.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;NB<\/strong>.
