For example, for your hazard you identified in bullet #2, list the risk (severity\/likelihood) associated with that hazard.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Refer to Figure 12-5 in your textbook, for each risk list what you think is the proper Risk Assessment for each one of your risks, i.e. High, Low, etc.&nbsp;<\/li><li>In Section 2, using SMS principles you learned in Chapter 12 in the textbook, what steps could have been completed within the culture of the company, training, etc. that may have prevented this accident.
