Two years ago, my girlfriend and I had a fight and she stated she would be away for a weekend at a workplace conference and I would have no way of contacting her while she was away.&nbsp; I was able to access her workplace emails and trace her whereabouts only to find she was not at a work-related conference, she was with a male co-worker on their own. I do not like being lied to. To retaliate, she reported me to her employer who pressed charges against me for illegally accessing the secured email system.&nbsp; I am a highly skilled IT expert and have no problem accessing such things.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your job as a team is to determine if you would hire this person, why or why not. Your paper should be 1,200 words, beginning with a conceptual framework explaining what the is<strong>sues <\/strong>discussed is, ie: ethics and hiring, the importance of considering<strong> ethical behavior in the hiring process<\/strong>.
