– what is social policy- criteria of income countries in different views- main challenges (maybe financial difficulties- with counter argument that countries actually have capabilities to fund their policy if the allocate money on their budget, or low income country relies on international grant but they need to consider high interest and “coersive policy” that is sometimes not suitable with their local context, e.g neoliberalism of IMF and world bank to be implemented in african countries)(maybe political challanges, related to prioritazion and continuity of program- with counter argument if they have long term plan)- giving the example on each difficulties
