A minimum of 5 metrics you recommend investigating. At least one of the metrics must be leading and at least one must be lagging. An explanation of what each metric is and how it will help you address the reported issue(s). Recommendations on how to collect the metrics (i.e. HRIS system for turnover, climate survey for attitudes, etc.). Next steps to consider once data is collected.
