and Food Hygiene.
ii. The poster should work at A1 size and be suitable (if printed) to hang on the
kitchen wall. (NB You only need produce an electronic version!)
iii. An accompanying (500-word max.) critique outlining the rationale for your
‘Top Five ‘in each case. Appropriate academic support is required for this
part of the submission.
iv. Your poster should be produced using PowerPoint and should occupy a
single slide, your critique should be the second slide in the presentation,
references on a third slide. This document should be saved and submitted
as a single pdf file.
