The topic for this reserach paper is: The relationship between Crime, Drugs, and the Criminal Justice System in New York
I have to write a 6 page reserach essay with Chicago Manual Style, 16th edition. This refferencing style has to include a bibliography and footnotes. 
The message I want to portray in this essay is how drugs have been a problem in New York for decades and has an effect have caused higher crime rates for drugs and a ripple effect on the criminal justice sytem. You can go into detail on different laws that have been made etc.
