1. Go to https://www.tvw.org/archives (Links to an external site.) Enter the beginning date of 1/1/ 2009 and end date of 1/31/2009 then type “Bradburn” in the search space provided. 3. Take notes so you can prepare a written statement identifying who represents whom and what arguments were made by each party. Include at least two of the questions that were asked by a justice.
4. Look up the court’s decision. You will have to find this decision through independent research. Summarize the court’s decision.

The format of the assignment shall be as follows:

1. Facts: summarizing the facts of the case that are necessary to know in order to describe the issue and decision.
2. Issues before the court
3. Decision of the court: summarize.
   1. Argument of the NCRL
   2. Argument of Bradburn
   3. Rebuttal argument of NCRL
   4. The majority decision of the court and the dissent
4. Conclusion: Your thoughts and impressions. Also describe who had the better argument and why.

Each paragraph shall have a bold heading. It can be as long as needed. 1 ½ spaced, Arial 12pt with .75” margins.
