Strategic Planning Advice
Instructions:
- A colleague, John, has come to you for advice. John is a practice manager for a local urgent care clinic. He has been tasked with developing, implementing, and tracking a strategic plan for the practice.
- List the questions you would ask John to learn more about his practice, and the type of plan he is trying to develop. (Use a bullet point format).
- List important points to remember in each stage of strategic planning. (Use a bullet point format).
- To be as specific as possible, make assumptions as to the content of John’s answers.
- Write assumptions in parentheses to provide context for each point described.
- Include at least one scholarly source to support your post, considering the perspective that this source would also be useful to John.
