The semester project for this course will require students to create a “new to the world product or service” and develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the new venture. The budget is $300,000. The product or service you chose for your project must be realistic and have a benefit that will allow the creation of value and profitability for both your target market and your newly developed company. The $300,000 investment must pay a cumulative ROI of 100% by the end of year 5. For this course, your target market are college students at any college or university.
