Background of program:Enhancing Diversity of Nurses with Research Careers, seeks to increase the number of underrepresented minority students successfully completing a doctoral degree in the discipline of nursing.  This nurse research program poses to increase the number of doctorally-prepared minority students for scientific careers, including research academic, and clinical fields. provides students with the support network and academic research experience for pursuit of  a doctoral degree.
