The paper you write should specifically focus on the cellular immunology/microbiology of the topic you choose and there should be current journal articles written on the subject.
it is essential you discuss the pertinent immunology of the topic for your paper. Ideally, the biology will explain the resulting symptoms and you should make this link clear in your paper.
You may want to start your paper by choosing a specific bacterium, Archean, or virus and subsequently focus on something you find particularly interesting about that organism. Alternatively, you may want to choose a current issue or problem in microbiology and focus on the problem, covering the relevant organism from that perspective. However, it is essential you discuss the pertinent biology of the organisms you are studying in your paper.
