2- doing survey (Human-Subject Research) You need to do the following steps, once you have a finalized research question(s), hypothesis, instruments, assumptions, limitations, delimitations. 

1. Determine your sample: inclusion/exclusion criteria. Your participants must be 18+ old. No exception. Any other criteria will steam from your research question(s)/hypothesis. And, make sure your read properly how sampling is done.
2. Determine the survey questionnaire or interview questions that you will use to collect data. Also, determine what scales and type of data you will collect (categorical, Liker-scales, ratio, open-ended questions, etc.
