Social Group Paper – Resistance

Based on the specific manifestation of oppression that you previously selected, identify several means by which members of this social group are resisting, challenging, or attempting to change the oppression that they experience. Complete basic research in order to answer the following questions in a shortpaper:• Describe varying ways that members of this social group are resisting the oppression – how are they organizing and what means are they using?• What success are they experiencing?• What challenges are they experiencing? • For their vision to be realized, what steps or actions still need to occur?

Each paper should be 3-4 pages of content (title and reference pages are not included in the page minimum-maximum), be written in APA-style, and should cite approx. 5 references. The nature of these references will vary from paper to paper, but will likely include a combination of scholarly, journalistic, and activist sources.
