This Research Assignment must be about the City of San Francisco located in California. The project must cover the following
- History of industries, demographics, and development practices (historical records, archives, books, public records, peer-reviewed publications)
- Contemporary challenges to urban and regional development (URD) and what is currently being developed/proposed (demographic and census data, municipal budgets, current industries, and social justice/equity challenges)
- At least three well researched policy suggestions that could be adopted to produce a more equitable, socially just development agenda. This section of the paper must include a detailed, feasible plan for implementing each policy.
