Candidates will submit thoughtful, well-developed responses (500 words minimum) to prompts based on readings or videos.  Reflections will be submitted to Assignments on Bb by 4:00 p.m. on the due date indicated

• Reflection #3:  Candidates will compare what they learned about effective feedback to the feedback they have received during their school years (not just college—professors are notoriously bad at providing appropriate feedback).  Candidates are to be specific about the qualities of the feedback they did/did not experience; they are not to simply submit a narrative about one instance of appallingly bad feedback they received.
