This 3-5 page paper is worth 150 points. See attached rubric. How to start? Go back and read/reflect on the ethical dilemma you described in your Midterm Ethics Case Study. Think of that paper as your BRAINSTORMING on an ethical issue. Start your paper by summarizing your dilemma in ONE short paragraph. Close the paragraph by presenting the dilemma as ONE person (you or someone else you assign a name to) with their obvious choices. Reflect on and consider some of the concepts and/or theories we’ve discussed throughout the term. What moral obligations does the agent have? What moral obligations does the business, its leaders, and/or its employees have? If relevant, could business leaders have structured the system, its processes or procedures differently to eliminate this sort of dilemma? What options do you have here and what are the possible consequences of each option? Is there another option (perhaps less obvious) you might choose? Go to pages 79-82 in the text for a practical approach to moral decision-making. Use this approach in your written analysis. Explain why you believe this is the “best” or “right” way to resolve the dilemma. Save your paper as a PDF file or Word Document. Then submit the paper here. Paper is due by 6 pm on FRIDAY, DEC 16.
