The process for writing the research paper is similar to the process of writing the rhetorical analysis. You will need a thesis and AxES paragraphs to support your thesis. For evidence, however, you will need to use peer-reviewed sources.
The instructions below should help you draft a hypothesis, which will give you search terms to use in the library’s databases. These databases are essential resources for completing the research essay. I will use Academic Search Premier to demonstrate; however, the library offers access to other databases.
