The Neural Correlates of Consciousness and Attention: Two Sister Processes of the brain is an article by Nani that expresses how responsiveness and scrutiny are interconnected undertakings of the mind where responsiveness is more prominent than scrutiny. The article elucidates how responsiveness is halved, phenomenal responsiveness, and access responsiveness. The phenomenal responsiveness is the largest, but they always work closely with one another under attention control. He clarifies how consciousness helps in selecting the required data from our minds by applying the formula of involuntary and voluntarism through prioritizing relevant information at the moment. On the other hand, attention attributes important objects of thinking. The author relates consciousness with human development by articulating that consciousness increases the chances of human beings to direct their attention and body movement to the vital deed that enhances their survival and reproduction. He adds that consciousness helps people to integrate acquired data from different sensory organs or to keep information for a long time. An example is where one unifies light and sound although they travel at high speed. This document is relevant since it points out how the mind works with its parts. Therefore, the document will be relevant since it holds up the thesis of anthropoid blossoming.

Guiding human development on a changing planet is an article by Richardson which offers guidelines to humans about changes that occur in the atmosphere as a result of human development. This article explains how human development changes as time expires the same way earth experiences changes in terms of structure and technological changes. He adds that there are three types of human development, namely, physical, cognitive, and psychological development. Physical development is the noticeable changes that occur to human beings, like growing tall, while cognitive development is growth that occurs in our minds. An example is that 8,18, and 48-year-olds cannot think the same. This article describes psychological development as the emotional and social changes that occur in our minds this is according to how we relate to each other. The author explains that human development is brought in by the cultural, economic, and political activities occurring around us and is influenced most by the physical changes that occur in our bodies. The author laments that as much as we experience this human development, we should avoid affecting the earth since it is a life supporter. These effects include bad climatical changes that bring in the greenhouse effects and cause acid rains which affect our lives negatively. This article is relevant because it discusses the atmosphere effects resulting from human development.
Eric, N. (2012). Human Development and Sustainability | Neumayer, Eric | download. Booksc.org; Z-Library. 10.1080/19452829.2012.693067
The article Human development and sustainability by Eric explains the link between human development and sustainability or they complement each other. He argues that if human development is ensuring that people live long health and end good lives, then sustainability is to enable future generations to live the same way. The author says that in terms of technological progress, the two developments are held accountable. Human development through cognitive maturity, human beings discover new technologies, while sustainability development helps in sustaining the achievements and passing the knowledge to future generations. The author conducted research and realized that countries with high rates of human development have poor sustainability developments since they concentrate on one side. He challenges countries to attain high developments levels without sidelining other essential aspects of natural capital. The article advises on linking the two developments and how they can learn from each other. Therefore, this article will be relevant in supporting my discussion on psychological human development.
