After choosing these criteria, click the “ANALYTICS” on the upper right corner of the webpage. You will see relevant data and graphs on the page.

2.     In our classes, we have discussed the important variables to analyze real estate market conditions. Please focus on the following variables for the market analysis: 1). Market Rent per SF; 2). 3.     Based on your preliminary market analysis, do you think it is a good time to invest an office property in this submarket now? Why? However, you may not want to solely rely on their forecasting.
