Please pick one of the chapters we have

not covered in class (i.e., Gandhi, Confucius,

Shonagon, Nietzsche, Epictetus, de Beauvoir, or

Montaigne) and write a minimum of 500 words about

it by Sunday 5/15 at 9pm. Please note that I am NOT

interested in a Wikipedia-style summary of the

philosopher or the philosophy. I want to see specific

references to the chapter, and I want to know why you

picked it.
