The goal of the presentation is to provide a straightforward, concise “picture” of how your project will come together. In 7-12 slides (not including the cover slide and reference slide), your presentation should include the following topics:

1) Introduction of the patient care issue or concern

2) Your change idea

3) Your implementation strategy

4) The change theory guiding your strategy

5) Your training strategy

6) Your evaluation plan
