Having vetted and evaluated our sources, the next step is strategizing how they can best be used to support your argument. An important part of this is synthesis, which involves “looking for connections among your sources, bringing together what they have to say about your topic in ways you can organize to support the claim you are making” (p. 466). In this forum, draw on some of the concepts from Chapter 20 and explain patterns you found, how you can put the primary and secondary research into conversation with one another, and how you will synthesize these disparate sources and organize them in a way that will support your claim.
