Please edit the attached presentation using the feedback below I recieved from my professor:I have read through all your docs a few times and have some concerns. The project itself started out strong and I appreciate the presenter notes. However, this presentation misses over half of what was required in the final project. In particular I do not see a rate card (point 3). You define what a KPI is, but don’t actually list any (point 4). You were asked to list specific KPI’s. I don’t see any mention of the types of studies or the goals of studies that you will be using in your plan (point 5). There is no forecast or return included in the project (point 6). You dont list specific softwares… you simply mention using software (point 7). And regarding parts of the organization, I’d like to have seen more details and demonstration of grasping how something like sponsorship really impacts marketing, business development, etc… there are some small mentions but it’s in passing. For example, what would the marketing department actually be doing to support the sponsorship? Who in the marketing department would be working on what assignments, etc.
