I am doing a consultant project about a balloon manufacture company in Saudi Arabia and the professor asked for literature review of the five business consultancy tools that I will use. The tools are: 

 1. Business Model Canvas 

 2. Porter five forces 

 3. PEST analysis 

 4. VRIO analysis 

 5. Porter Value chain 

It has to show why I am using these tool and why is it the correct theoretical tools to study the issues at this balloon manufacture company in Saudi Arabia. You can change the sequence if necessary for example begin from external to internal analysis.
