Leading effectively

Consider which internal dimension(s) of diversity (race, ethnicity, age, gender, physical ability, sexual orientation) or external dimensions of diversity (geographic location, income, religions, parental status) have the most meaning for you. What factors or individuals had the greatest impact on your identity development?  
Then, find an example of an organization whose culture reflects those factors and craft a personal statement for your resume as though you were applying for a leadership position with that organization. Explain the connection between your identity and the organization’s mission and how your personal statement demonstrates it to a hiring committee.
