Please read and re-read to be sure you understand what I am looking for.  Must use 20 peer reviewed  research articles, that all must be cited.  The work must be within 5 year.  The sentences should be connected and the paragraphs should connect one to another.  First sentence  can be developing your message but then each sentence after should be cited even if you know it for fact.  It is my belief that Servant Leaders have come because of traumas they have suffered.  It is because of those traumas that they decided to help others  in the way servant leaders do.  That  is the gap that I think is missing.  I think that people grow up and learn from various parenting styles and then those who have authoratative parenting  styles are those that are most likely to become the leaders of the future.  I think that those that who have had authoriatarian parenting if they are able to get social learning theory skillls from elsewhere will develop to become leaders.  I think that those who have had permissive parenting and get transformational leadership theory skills from others including military can develop to becoming leaders. I think that those who have had Neglect and Abusive Parenting are not likely to develop leadership skills unless they have the ability to get both social learning and transformational leadership theory skills.  I feel that religion plays a role in servant leadership path as well.  I  think that is how the individual gets through their trauma and starts to develop their Servant Leadership skills and  become servant leaders. I feel that trauma comes in many forms: child abuse, having a disease, having a disability, loss of a parent, loss of  a child when they become adults, car accident, drug abuse (self or watching others) and more.  I think we should not look at  truama with a box lense but be open to the fact that trauma comes in many forms. I feel that there is a correlation between the Servant Leader Characteristics/traits and the characteristics of Trauma.  NOT that Servant Leaders work with peopl who have truam this about Servant LEaders themselves having trauma. 
I have done a literature review of leadership. I wanted to include all of the above to help you with what I am asking you to write on.  I would like you to look at the following for a literature review. Please  do a literature review on each of these factors based on the information above.  Each in its own section. *Parental Style*Resiliency*Personality*Trauma
