The policy paper identifies an issue occurring in one or more Latin American countries, discussing those issues in 2/3 of the paper and proposing a policy to solve the issues in the last 1/3 of the paper. You can use old policies and put a new spin on them, policies introduced but not passed, etc. to guide the policy development.- “(Make sure and propose a policy that is realistic within the paper. The paper should be 2/3 history/overview of the issue and the last 1/3 should be focused on explaining your policy and how it will solve the issue at hand)” feedback on my abstract.
