Read about the history of the Japanese Tea Ceremony and then explain how some of the ritualistic aspects of this ceremony relate to both Japanese Zen Buddhist philosophy and Shinto practice (check the section in your textbook called Rinzai Zen and Kamakura Culture in chapter 7 for help).
