Below are links for your reading assignment for Tuesday’s class. Please read and be prepared to discuss them during class.

There are two cases and two articles for you to read. For this week, you will need to brief Gebser v Largo Vista or Davis v Moore with the IRAC Method and submit your IRAC brief before class on Tuesday by 5:30pm.

IRAC, as you may well know, is a method for answering exam questions. It stands for Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion. The idea of IRAC is that students go through an exam fact pattern, spot as many issues as they can, state the rules of law, apply the law to the facts, then arrive at conclusions.
