 Your paper must include: 

 Evidence: You will identify a problem and provide evidence of the existence and extent of the problem. 

 Solution: No magic bullets! When you identify a problem, you need to come up with a real solution-how will it be implemented? What path through the state government will it take? 

 *Sources: You must have at least 4 sources (and more are certainly encouraged). They should be legitimate sources, such as books, newspapers of record, reliable websites, scholarly books, peer-reviewed journals. One of the four sources must be a peer-reviewed journal/academic article. Wikipedia does not count as a legitimate source; however, it is a good place to look for legitimate sources. 

 *Format: Your paper must be 5-7 pages, double spaced, 12-point times new romans with 1″ margins. All of your sources must be cited via in-text citations- you may use parenthetical, footnote, or endnote format, but you must cite every piece of information you quote or paraphrase. 

 *Reference/Bibliography: You must include a reference page listing all of your sources. All citations must be in APA format. 

 *Failure to meet the basic requirements outlined in sources, format, and refernce section will result in an automic zero. Must have the basc requirements in order for your paper to be graded.*

Basic Requirements:

1. 5-7 pages (excluding the works cited. Must be complete 5 pages) 

 2. Doubled-spaced 

 3. 12-point times new romans font 

 4. 1-inch margins 

 5. Works cited page must be in APA format 

 6. Minimum of 4 legitimate sources. 1 must be a peer-revied article/academic article/ scholarly article. Legitimate sources include textbooks, books, academic books, suggested readings, news articles, and academic articles. Wikipedia and reddit do not count as legitimate sources.
