 Nick Bisley, “Identity, Nationalism and Globalization,” Rethinking Globalization The first part of Nick Bisley’s chapter on identity, nationalism and globalization introduces the reader to different theories of national collective identity which he summarizes in table 7.1 (171). Please read this first part as an introduction to “The Challenge of Globalization” (174 ff.). The author summarizes four perspectives regarding the effects of globalization in that chapter. Which one of these four do you consider the most relevant one in the given situation in the world? Explain. Work with examples that you know (ca. 1.000 words)
