Once you have decided on a dream job, go onto job search engines such as indeed.com, monster.com, LinkedIn, o*net.com etc., and search for companies looking for someone to fill your dream role. In a 1 page paper, identify the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KASO)s needed to be able to qualify for the job, and then write a brief summary on why you are interested in the job and what steps you would need to get there.
