Individuals are only a reflection of social and historical conditions in society (it might help to review the sociological imagination). Also, your plan of action should be creative, realistic, beneficial to many (rather than just a few individuals or one group), and confront institutional problems in society. Finally, identify one strength and one weakness of your plan.
