Nu 400 Informatics – Evidenced-Based Practice Paper
This paper will focus on defining evidence-based practice and how we use it in the health care practices that we do every day as nurses. However, some of these practices may not be up to date with the best evidence. Research evidence on the topic chosen and write a paper using the rubric below. Discuss current practice versus research-proven evidence-based guidelines. What outcomes could we improve on patients using evidenced-basedtechniques? Also, are we harming patients with current practice? Show evidence? Lastly, how can we impact present practice change with evidence-based information disseminated?
