Write an essay that addresses the following prompt: Can we explain how positive and negative attitudes can be socially learned and unlearned? Concepts that could be used in this essay include: attitude, social desirability, self-justification, cognitive dissonance, operant conditioning, classical conditioning, persuasion, persuasion techniques to change attitudes, etc.
Essay Guidelines:

1. All your perspectives are to rely on academic concepts that belong to the field at study.
2. The use of a minimum of four (4) scholarly references is mandatory. Answers based exclusively on personal opinions will be considered unacceptable for grading and assigned a zero. It is mandatory to use the textbook as a scholarly reference and highly recommended to use at the very least one of the weekly articles or chapters.
3. References to the videos posted on the learning materials files, as well as references to films and websites are all welcome as long as you understand that they do not count as scholarly references.
4. Include an APA-style cover page, reference page, and in-text citations.
5. Your essay should be a minimum of two pages and four pages maximum (not including the cover page and reference page).
